PASADENA, CA — Visit Pasadena recently appointed Karalee Adams as California State Association Sales Manager and Jacky Jabourian as Destination Services Manager.
“I am thrilled to have Karalee and Jacky on our team during such a pivotal time for the industry and the entire Pasadena community,” said Jeanne Goldschmidt, Executive Director, Visit Pasadena. “They bring immense tourism experience that will strengthen our organization, and will help us build back our destination’s tourism industry.”

Adams brings extensive tourism meetings experience. She most recently served as Sales Account Manager overseeing the Northern California and Pacific Northwest Region for San Mateo/Silicon Valley CVB. Her tourism career spans 24 years, including sales manager positions with Northern California hotels for Sunstone Hotels and La Quinta Inns. She has also served in various leadership positions with the California Society of Association Executives, Society for Government Meeting Professionals and the Sacramento/Sierra Nevada Chapter of Meeting Professionals International. She was awarded MPISSN Supplier of the Year for 2018-2019.
Jabourian brings 20 years of tourism experience. Prior to joining Visit Pasadena, she served as Director of Destination Sales and Director of Client Services for Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board. She also brings tremendous experience from Los Angeles hotels including the W Hotel Hollywood, Mandarin, Viceroy, Beverly Hilton, Fairmont Miramar and Mondrian.
