LAS VEGAS, NV — The HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition held its 2021 conference at CAESARS FORUM, Aug. 9-13. In meeting the needs of the conference, Caesars Entertainment contracted Bridge Brothers to construct a temporary connector bridge linking CAESARS FORUM with the Sands Expo Convention Center, which also hosted the event. The full connector bridge consisted of two bridges measuring 10 ft. wide and 113 ft. long, and was designed to facilitate rapid installation and removal.
“As our annual conference grows, our need for additional education rooms, exhibition space and unique networking experiences was imperative,” says Elli Riley, CEM, Senior Director Exhibits & Meeting Services, HIMSS. “The connector bridge between the new CAESARS FORUM and Sands was an integral part of creating a connected flow for our attendees between buildings. The bridge was well received by the HIMSS21 attendees and made the conference feel more intimate.”
