Who Doesn’t Love an Auto Show – Especially When It’s In Miami Beach?

MIAMI BEACH, FL – Come September 26, the Miami International Auto Show (MIAS) is returning to the 1.4-million-square-foot Miami Beach Convention Center for its 54th year. It will be there through October 5th and is billed as one of the largest and most spectacular auto festivals in the world. As such, it will showcase a host of never-before-seen cars from some of the world’s most esteemed automakers, as well as an all-new lineup of classic cars and other special events.

More specifically, 16 different automakers will showcase prototype cars, new releases, and other cutting-edge automotive developments from brands such as Lucid, Lexus, Toyota, and RAM. Most importantly, car enthusiasts will have the opportunity to take some of those cars out for a spin to see how they perform in real life as part of the show’s “Ride and Drive” experiences. According to one announcement from the center, “This year’s experiences will be available with Toyota, Volkswagen, and Lucid, with other brands to be announced closer to the show dates. Those who want to try out the latest electric vehicles can hit the show’s EV Test Track. The special EV-only driving experience will feature EVs from renowned manufacturers like Cadillac, GMC, Hummer, Buick, and Lucid.”

Also returning for the 2025 lineup is Camp Jeep, where the off-road vehicle’s capabilities will be on full display. Imagine, show attendees can actually climb inside Jeep Wranglers and Grand Cherokees and drive them across a track full of obstacles, as well as off-road simulations to see what the vehicles can do. This year’s Camp Jeep will also feature Jeep’s electric vehicles, which promise to be just as rugged as their gas-powered predecessors.

Of course, it takes a well-equipped convention center to accommodate such an awe-inspiring exhibition, and that credit goes to the 1.4 million-square-foot Miami Beach Convention Center, which features 500,000 square feet of versatile exhibit space. Aside from being ADA Compliant, the center is located 12 miles or 25 minutes from Miami International Airport, and is a short walk from Miami Beach’s Art Deco District and spectacular beaches, dining, and entertainment.

But there’s other news at the beachy venue. Planners, consider the new 60,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, the new 20,000-square-foot Junior Ballroom, and, coming soon, the new Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Headquarters Hotel. It will feature 800 rooms, including 52 suites, with stunning views of Miami Beach, as well as numerous other special features designed to enhance all types of meetings and events.

Finally, in an industry that prides itself on “giving back,” it is worth noting that the Miami International Auto Show is sponsored by the South Florida Automobile Dealers Association, and that organization has raised more than $500,000 for its longtime partner, the Ronald McDonald House.
