Earlier this year, PGA Golf Exhibitions collaborated with several leading Orlando entities, including Visit Orlando, the Orange County Convention Center, Connections Housing, and multiple travel providers, in order to offer substantial savings for attendees of the 70th PGA Show, held earlier this year (January 24-27, 2023) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

The following is an outline of the cost savings program Orlando entities designed for the PGA Annual Show 2023:
1-Housing
PGA Golf Exhibitions secured group-rate accommodations at more than a dozen hotels with room fees beginning at just $114 per night through the PGA Show official housing partner, Connections Housing. All hotels included complimentary Convention Center shuttle service on Show days and are located near convention district restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The secure online housing website offered real-time availability with full hotel descriptions. No advance deposits were required, and event rates were available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2-Transportation
PGA Show attendees also took advantage of RX negotiated discounts with United Airlines and Avis Car Rental. In addition to the complimentary shuttle service between official event hotels and the Convention Center, PGA Golf Exhibitions secured airport shuttle service for attendees departing from the Convention Center on Friday, January 27, beginning at noon through 2 p.m. PGA Show attendees signed up for the airport shuttle at the Convention Center transportation desk at a cost of just $10.
3-Show Your Badge & Save Program
There are more than 75 restaurants and 100 entertainment venues within walking distance of the Convention Center and many of these locations participated in the “Show Your Badge & Save” program offering special entertainment, dining, shopping, and attraction discounts for all convention visitors.
4-Extend the Stay
Visit Orlando offered complimentary Vacation Planning Services for event guests looking to plan a few hours during a break from a business day or an extended stay with family and friends while visiting Orlando for the PGA Show. The Visit Orlando team shared destination information, including trip-planning advice, dining and entertainment options, discounted attractions tickets, and more.
5- Dining Discount
PGA Professionals received a 10 percent discount by showing their Association identification at all Convention Center concessions during the 2023 PGA Show.
PGSMore than that, the 2023 PGA Show reunited the golf industry for the 70th edition of golf’s longest-running and largest global business gathering. Thousands of PGA Professionals, golf leaders, industry executives, and retailers from around the world came together at the PGA Show to source new products from some 800 golf and golf-lifestyle brands, attended high-level industry presentations, participated in education and career workshops and connected in person with peers and golf leaders to drive continued growth of the sport and the business of golf.
