UNCASVILLE, CT – Mohegan, the parent company of one of the premier casino and entertainment destinations in the United States, Mohegan Sun, is excited to announce the promotion of Jen Dyer to Director of IT Portfolio Management & Delivery. In this new role, Dyer will oversee strategic project portfolios, reporting to John Ware, VP of Global IT Services & Support for Mohegan.
Jen Dyer brings more than 20 years of experience with Mohegan, including over a decade in portfolio management. In her promoted role, Dyer will focus on optimizing project delivery, fostering team collaboration, and enhancing guest and team member experiences through innovative technology solutions. She will lead initiatives in IT operations budgeting, production control, provisioning, and compliance, ensuring all technology strategies align with Mohegan’s business goals.
Most recently, Dyer has served as the IT Portfolio Manager for Mohegan since 2022, where she has successfully driven process improvements and supported organizational success through strategic project alignment. Her career also includes roles as a Business Technology Analyst and Project Manager, giving her a comprehensive understanding of Mohegan’s technology systems.
