Guests experienced consistent service standards, coordinated operations, and joined-up planning across the portfolio. The programme focused on hosted hospitality elements, including transfer via the Yorkshire Party Bus to maintain energy and fun, lunch in Hull and a VIP box experience at the Tom Grennan show in Leeds, it also featured a ballroom dancing activity in Sheffield City Hall’s purpose-built dance hall to demonstrate creative delegate engagement.
- At York Barbican, buyers saw a city centre venue that pivots from conferences and awards to live performance, supported by integrated production and catering.
- Connexin Live highlighted the versatile auditorium spaces and one of the largest folding walls in Europe, perfect for creating a standalone conference space with adjacent exhibitor or catering breakout areas..
- Sheffield City Hall showcased its heritage with contemporary delivery, ideal for association plenaries and elegant breakout sessions, with the dance activity providing a practical example of interactive programming.
- The First Direct Arena was presented as a turnkey exhibition venue offering approximately 2,500 square metres of flat floor space and end-to-end services, demonstrating how large-scale programmes can be delivered without additional complexity for planners.
