NEW YORK – Legends Global, the premier partner to the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands, today announced the appointment of Tom Alexander and Jenn Sonick as Vice Presidents of Live Entertainment. Alexander is a seasoned music and concert industry executive with more than thirty years of experience across touring, business affairs, and live entertainment promotion, while Sonick is an accomplished professional with deep expertise in live music booking, talent buying, and multi-venue programming.
In their new roles, Alexander and Sonick will join Legends Global’s central content and booking team that partners with top promoters to book concerts, family shows, entertainment events, and live sporting events across the company’s network of 450 venues globally. Legends Global is the world’s largest content partner, with strategic partnerships with AEG Presents, Live Nation, Feld Entertainment, Outback Presents, LiveCo, and more.
“Tom and Jenn each bring a remarkable depth of relationships and expertise that will strengthen our ability to deliver world-class programming across our venue network,” said Jason Rio, senior vice president of live entertainment and content development at Legends Global. “Tom’s decades of experience on the touring and arena booking side, combined with Jenn’s track record of curating exceptional live experiences at iconic venues, make them ideal partners as we continue to grow our content and booking capabilities.”
Alexander began his career at Sony Music Entertainment before moving to PACE Concerts, where he joined the booking team for Glen Helen Pavilion and Desert Sky Pavilion. He held touring and booking roles with artists including Yanni and Andrea Bocelli, followed by a multi-year tenure at AEG in Los Angeles and Dallas, and a worldwide Live Nation touring role supporting Nickelback and Roger Waters’ “The Wall.” Most recently, Alexander devoted more than a decade to arena booking at the Allen Event Center, the Tacoma Dome, and the Honda Center.
Sonick previously served as Director of Programming at ATG Entertainment, overseeing talent buying for Kings Theatre and the Emerson Colonial Theatre, with programming highlights including Diana Ross, Ed Sheeran, Arctic Monkeys, and Ellie Goulding. Prior to that, she managed booking and contracting across 14 ATG-owned venues in seven major U.S. markets, held a talent-buying role at Delic Corp, and spent five years with AEG Presents–Rocky Mountains, where she laid the foundation for her career in live entertainment.
