30-Year industry veteran brings multi-venue operations expertise and major event leadership

NEW YORK, JUNE 11, 2026 – Legends Global, the premier partner to the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands, today announced the appointment of Caroline Wright as Executive Vice President, North American Venues. Wright brings more than 30 years of executive leadership in sports and entertainment, specializing in multi-venue operations, capital project delivery, and major event execution. In this role, Wright will lead venue operations for the company’s portfolio of North American arenas, stadiums, theaters, and convention centers.

Wright joins Legends Global from Tepper Sports & Entertainment, where as Senior Vice President & Chief Venues Officer she led venue operations and capital strategy for Bank of America Stadium and Atrium Health Performance Park, home to the NFL’s Carolina Panthers and MLS’s Charlotte FC. During her tenure, she negotiated $650 million in public investment for the Panthers’ $800 million stadium renovation. Prior to Tepper Sports & Entertainment, Wright spent 27 years at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), rising to Vice President of Operations & General Manager of Venues. She directed seven facilities supporting the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, and Toronto Argonauts across 433-plus annual events, contributing to four championship seasons — NBA Championship, MLS Cup, Calder Cup, and Grey Cup.

Over the course of her career, Wright has delivered major events reaching millions of fans, including NHL All-Star, NHL World Cup of Hockey, NBA All-Star, CFL Grey Cup, IIHF World Junior Championships, MLS Cup Final and 2020 NHL Return to Play Bubble.
