In her new role, Horton will be the property champion and leader

Since 2021, Horton has excelled as the Associate Director of Group Sales at
JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, where she made a
significant impact by collaborating with teams handling small and
intimate gatherings to mid-sized events, and overseeing key accounts in
the Texas market. She has been instrumental in managing relationships
with some of the resort’s largest legacy clients, including the Valero
Texas Open.

Before joining the JW Marriott San Antonio team, Horton served as the
Director of Hotel Sales at the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Conference
Center in Coralville, Iowa. Her extensive 20-year career with Marriott
also includes roles with Marriott’s Area, Account, and Property teams
in the Midwest, solidifying her reputation as a seasoned leader in the
hospitality sales industry.

JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa welcomes Kaiti Tyler
as the Associate Director of Sales. In this position, Tyler will assist
in leading the property’s sales efforts and implementing the sales
strategy to reach the resort’s goals, focusing on groups 10-300, peak
rooms.

With a distinguished career spanning more than 14 years at Marriott
International, Tyler has demonstrated best-in-class leadership and a
deep commitment to driving growth. Tyler began her journey with the
company as a Restaurant Supervisor at the Princeton Marriott. Her
passion for the hospitality industry led her to transition into Sales,
where she has thrived in a variety of roles, including Area Sales,
Account Sales, and most recently as a Sales Leader within Multi-Hotel
Sales.

Over the past three years as a Sales Leader, Tyler has successfully led
multiple teams, surpassing goals and generating revenue for Marriott
hotels across the Northeast. Her outstanding contributions have earned
her numerous accolades, further underscoring her commitment to
excellence and her ability to inspire high-performing teams.
