LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (April 13, 2023) — The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) has announced the recent promotions of Jennifer Garner and Bliss Krucas to leadership roles within the organization.

Jennifer Garner has been promoted to Senior Director of Event Operations, formerly serving as Assistant Director of Event Operations. Garner has been a valuable member of the LRCVB team for the past 11 years, starting as Administrative Coordinator at the River Market before transitioning into Event Coordinator in 2016 and later as Assistant Director of Event Operations in 2020.

In her new role, Garner is responsible for overseeing event operations, which include logistics, planning, and execution. Garner works to ensure that events in LRCVB-managed facilities are successful and provide a memorable and pleasant experience for both visitors and residents alike.

Garner’s promotion reflects her dedication and hard work over the past several years, consistently demonstrating her expertise in event management, which has played a key role in the success of many events in Little Rock.

Bliss Krucas has been promoted to Director of Destination Services, formerly serving as Senior Sales Manager.  Krucas first joined the LRCVB in 2018 and has been instrumental in driving growth and success within the bureau’s sales department.

Krucas brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with 15 spent in Colorado Springs, Colorado. There, she served in multiple roles of catering manager, sales manager, director of catering and convention services, and director of sales and marketing.  Krucas brings deep knowledge to her role and will continue to leverage this expertise to elevate the visitor experience in Little Rock.
