event strategy has selected Andy Gorchov as general manager of the Las
Vegas Raiders’ renowned Allegiant Stadium.
Gorchov, a 30-year veteran in the sports and entertainment industry, has
decades of experience working in NFL stadiums and sports arenas. In
addition to his time as general manager of Empower Field at Mile High in
Denver, Andy also led State Farm Stadium in Arizona in its most
successful years in the building’s history, which included the
successful hosting of Super Bowl LVII (2023); the NCAA Men’s Final
Four (2017 and 2024); international soccer; and hundreds of other major
concerts, events and activities.
In his role as general manager, Gorchov will oversee day-to-day
operations at the 65,000-capacity venue, including the overall
management, promotion and operation of the facility. Responsibilities
include purchasing, booking, marketing, finance, human resources, box
office, advertising, production, maintenance, parking, security,
emergency and crisis management, and more.
