Universal Orlando Resort Announces Meeting Enhancements

    ORLANDO, FLUniversal Orlando Resort, announced its newest Meetings & Events offering – Meeting Enhancements. When planners host meetings at Universal Orlando onsite hotels, they can utilize Meeting Enhancements to create experiential moments bound to provide for retention of the events and “connect attendees to their organization’s message.”

    Create a one-of-a-kind experience with powerful characters like Optimus Prime to open a meeting or introduce a CEO.  In addition to the famed Transformer character, our Chief Operating Officer had a run in with a Despicable Me minion.

    Elevate the inspiration level at your Universal Orlando meeting with customizable character moments – such as an adventure guide, sports broadcaster or movie director – to help deliver specific messages and reinforce your conference theming.

    Universal Orlando, in partnership with Loews Hotels, continues to provide meeting planners with an increasing number of options  to take its meeting and event capabilities to the next level. With the recent opening of The Loews Meeting Complex — comprised of both Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort — Universal Orlando now offers groups and planners 5,600 onsite hotel rooms, 295,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and 97,000 square feet of outdoor space.  Connected via walk way meeting planners can host corporate and association groups in ways that few other local properties can rival.
