The City of Phoenix Convention Center Department is seeking proposals from firms with 10 or more years of experience in providing food and beverage services. The selected firm shall be responsible for providing exclusive food and beverage sales and services including catering, concessions and operation of a Starbucks™ retail outlet for the Phoenix Convention Center, Symphony Hall and the Orpheum Theatre.
The RCS will be available between Feb. 22, 2018 and March 1, 2018, approximately. There will be a mandatory pre-offer conference on March 8, 2018. Entities wishing a copy of the RCS shall make their request via email to:
