Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Appoints New Director of Sales and Marketing

    FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Frank Cavella has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of the 290 all-suite Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach. With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, Cavella joins the beachfront resort from Naples Grand Beach Resort, where he served as Director of Sales and Marketing. During his 14-year tenure at the hotel, he transitioned the property through several ownership changes and rebrandings.

    “An industry veteran, Frank possesses the vast experience and exceptional skillset to carry on the success and achievements that the resort has accomplished since its opening,” said Chintan Dadhich, General Manager of Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach. “We are confident that he will be an integral member of our team as we continue to evolve and provide guests with experiences that cannot be found elsewhere in South Florida.”

    Prior to joining Naples Grand Beach Resort, Cavella spent 11 years with the Ritz-Carlton brand. He has also held leadership positions at Exclusive Resorts and Abercrombie & Kent, in addition to The World of ResidenSea, a private residential cruise ship.
