Teneo Hospitality Group Appoints New VP of Association Sales

    EDEN PRAIRIE, MN – Expanding its presence in the nation’s capital, Teneo Hospitality Group, a global firm representing 300+ independent and luxury branded hotels, resorts and DMCs, has appointed Washington native and industry veteran Adriana Molina as Vice President Association Sales, based in Teneo’s Washington, DC offices.

    “We’re delighted to welcome Adriana to the growing Teneo Sales Team,” says Teneo President Mike Schugt. “Her 30 years of experience in hotel sales and outstanding reputation as a leader in the association community, brings a new dimension to our Washington, DC operations.”

    Molina’s career spans both hotel sales and conference planning positions as Regional Director of Sales for Choice Hotels and Association Management, Inc. She spent 25 years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, leading the Global Sales Office in Washington, DC for the last eight years. She holds a number of industry awards including Starwood’s Elite Sales Performer Award, Sales Leader of the Year and several awards for Sales Team of the Year. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Professional Convention Management Association.

    Molina has lived in the Washington Metro Area since childhood and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from American University in Washington.
